Pyjamas are officially no longer reserved solely for the bedroom - and boy am I excited about it!

While I'm not talking about staying bed in all day (hehe, sorry guys!), I am talking about making our favourite pyjama pieces workable for our favourite street style outfits. Think slip dresses, silk robe dresses, slinky camisoles and pyjama shirts, half the fun is conjuring up ways to style your pyjamas to make them work for the day!

My favourite "pyjama-esque" piece so far is this gorgeous silk top from Perth-based brand, Sonder the Label. While black is the most obvious choice for a piece like this, the white piping adds a touch of luxe and the oversized sleeve detail adds that extra detail. I'm all about the details! Paired with my new favourite pair of mule slides (loving these Jeffery Campbell and Blank Canvas ones at the moment too!), this outfit is probably one of the most comfortable and chilled outfits I have put together in a long time.

This trend is going to have a huge influence on my wardrobe in the coming months. Slip dresses and silk cami's are two of my favourite pieces of clothing to style - the simplicity of both make me the happiest, so expect to see some more "pyjama" posts very soon!
