ON THE FRINGE

I've never been one to shy away from the basic colours of black and white - a quick peek into my closet will tell you that colour just has never really been my thing. What some people find boring colours, I find to be comfortable, chic and edgy and colours that give you the ability to let your accessories speak. That said, I have promised myself (and my lovely mother) that this year, I will try to inject a little bit of colour into my closet. It can't be that scary, right?!

In true Ashleigh style, I'm off to a terrible start to my new year promises with this black and white outfit (and also the colours of the clothing in the online order I just placed ... welp). With the little added touch of these Zara fringed loafers and my Lyla & Bo wide brim hat, I think it makes for a lovely, relaxed but somewhat edgy Sunday brunch outfit. They say when you have a good thing going ...
